We are all from different countries. That's great! Let's find out how everybody celebrates Christmas and share the information with the rest of our students! ...and Mele Kalikimaka to everybody!!!

  How do I...?

  1. Start a portfolio and create a cover for it with the title "Christmas around the world" and your name.
  2. Visit the links to find the answers for the questions on your worksheet. Please write neatly.
  3. Illustrate the portfolio with drawings, pictures or other elements.
  4. Add Social Studies Part: Pick 5 countries and draw maps
  5. Add writing: Christmas traditions of 5 countries (1 paragraph each)
  6. Add Art project: Christmas ornament from another country

Before we are ready to start out trip to Christmas celebrations around the world, go to Christmas Info to find out more about some general Christmas facts.

  4. Why does everybody dream of a white Christmas?

5. Then ask Santa if you were good or bad this Christmas and write your answer down.

 

Visit Santa's village now and learn more about Santa's personal favorites!

  1. Write down 5 of Santas favorite books.
  2. Write down 5 of his favorite movies.
  3. Write down 5 of his favorite CDs.

9. Visit Santa's workshop and find one of the two hidden stories in the picture. Tell me the titel of the story you found and what it is about in 3 sentences.

10-19. Take the Christmas quiz and answer the first 10 questions on your worksheet. If you want to, answer questions 11-30 for an extra 100 points credit!!!!

 

Read the beginning of How the Grinch stole Christmas.
